As more customers rely on the convenience of getting almost everything they need delivered, Champion Cleaners has decided to offer free pickup and delivery services only. There’s no need to visit a store location — we come to you.
We have offered free pick up and delivery for years. In fact, Champion Cleaners was one of the first dry cleaners in Southwest Florida to do so. With this service, we had fewer people coming to the store even before the pandemic. Now because of safety reasons, many don’t want to go out in public unless it is absolutely necessary. In addition, more people are working from home and now would have to make a special trip.
Many businesses were already shifting to more online sales, contactless delivery and more digital technology, but the pandemic accelerated the timetable. For many, the changes will be permanent as we adjust to a new “norm.”
In response to the changing times, we decided it was time to close our storefront and go to the customer. It’s the same great service our loyal customers have come to expect but you don’t have to leave your own home to get it. You’ll have scheduled days for pick up and delivery and we’ll send you a text ahead of time. You can also text us to let us know if you have something ready for pick up.

As we ring in the new year, you’ll notice some other changes as we freshen our brand and website. One thing that won’t change is our commitment to providing the best service possible. The way we see it, it isn’t really changing the way we do business. It is just that our business process is evolving.
